Qigong Movement and Meditation, which is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, is designed to release stress and anxiety from the body and mind.  Come to these Saturday afternoon Qigong classes to learn what is called, "remedy routines." These Remedy Routines help ground and calm your body and mind while improving stress-related conditions. Relax into Qigong with grace and ease, harmonize your breath and uplift and restore inner peace.

Restorative yoga with reiki

Join this semi-private class with Jessica for Yoga, Aromatherapy and Reiki. Indulge in slow-flow vinyasa sequences as well as supported restorative yoga poses infused with aromatherapy. While in the restorative poses, Jessica will administer Reiki to each person. Treat yourself to nourishing breathwork and meditation. Come and enjoy an evening of healing
