Take these next 4 weeks, before the holiday madness, and prioritize caring for your body and mind. 28 DAYS OF LIGHT is a decision to do something for your body, each day, to eat nutrient food at least once a day, to exercise or stretch every other day and to sigh, all day long.

Qigong Movement and Meditation, which is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, is designed to release stress and anxiety from the body and mind.  Come to these Saturday afternoon Qigong classes to learn what is called, "remedy routines." These Remedy Routines help ground and calm your body and mind while improving stress-related conditions. Relax into Qigong with grace and ease, harmonize your breath and uplift and restore inner peace. Individual class: $20, 4-class card: $65
