Our goal is to teach you how to effectively respond to your body’s feedback so you can move freely, without fear and without pain. We guide you through a 4-step process that allows your body to heal current injuries and prevent future injuries:
- Identify the exact cause/s of the problem
- Track everything that aggravates the issue
- Safely release the muscles that are overactive and contributing to the pain
- Isolate and strengthen the underactive muscles with strategic exercises that protect the injured area
This method is designed for the following injuries:
- Ankle pain
- Knee pain
- Hip or Knee replacements
- Hip flexor strain
- Low back pain
- Upper back pain
- Neck pain
- Herniated/bulging disks

On a scale of 1-10, and 1 representing almost no pain and 10 representing a lot of pain, what number describes the amount of pain you are experiencing most of the time? If your pain fluctuates, what is the range of pain?
If the number that describes your pain is (or has been in the last week) 4 or above, we highly recommend that you come in for a consultation before starting classes or private sessions. Click here to register.
If the number that describes your pain is 3 or below, you can enter the Low Back Class or the Open Class. The first 30 minutes of both of these classes is core work and the second 30 minutes includes stretches to alleviate pain in the body. Click here to register.
