Qigong Movement and Meditation, which is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, is designed to release stress and anxiety from the body and mind.  Come to these Saturday afternoon Qigong classes to learn what is called, "remedy routines." These Remedy Routines help ground and calm your body and mind while improving stress-related conditions. Relax into Qigong with grace and ease, harmonize your breath and uplift and restore inner peace.

In the 25 years that Maya Jocelyn has explored healing, the single most life-changing habit she has found is a daily exercise in gratitude. It's a simple practice in which you set aside 10-20 minutes a day to focus on the change you want to have happen in your life. Maya will host this free workshop to explain Daily Gratitudes and to give you a chance to try it out.  Please note, this is a workshop between you and you.  It will be a series of short writing exercises that no one else will see. At the end, we will open up the space for questions and discussion.  

Friends and family (as young as 9 years old) welcome! All you need to bring is a pen and a journal/notebook.
